LIKEMINDED AFTERNOON TEA FUNDRAISER
Join us for a friendly and delicious Afternoon Tea in support of Dementia Awareness Week 💜
We’re raising funds for our community dementia group, Likeminded. A space where people living with dementia and their loved ones can connect, take part in activities, and feel supported.
Every penny raised from this event will go directly back into the group to help us continue and grow what we offer.
