We’ll explore ways to avoid ending up with a huge glut all at once, how to recognise the right time to harvest and how to process your produce like a pro!
We’ll also learn ways to preserve and prolong the life of your food without freezing or using lots of electricity.
A practical workshop full of ideas to help you make the most of what you grow — and there’ll be plenty of brews and biscuits along the way!
