Lean about the restorative properties of Cacao for body, mind & spirit - a superfood, high in antioxidants, iron, magnesium, calcium & theobromine which supports heart function & is mood-enhancing. This session will give you a deep relaxation experience allowing the sound vibrations of the bowls to guide you to a place of peace & stillness.

Please bring a blanket and cushion, water bottle.
