Floral Embroidery Workshop for Beginners

We are pleased to be running a Floral Embroidery for Beginners Workshop with the wonderful Jenny Thomas from Wrexham-based, Renew Sewcials. 

This event is part of our RevivOL Project, in which we will deliver a series of events centred around creating a 'culture of thrift' using the concepts of reducing fast fashion and limiting the amount of textiles sent to landfill. 

Renew Sewcials is committed to creating products that are good for the environment and good for you. Our reusable products replace disposables, reducing single use plastics entering landfills.

Event Details:

In this 2-hour session, you'll learn the basic embroidery stitches to create a beautiful floral pattern. The cost of the session  includes plain fabric to practice the stitches on, embroidery thread and a needle and embroidery hoop to take home.  Teas & Coffees will be provided.

Important Requirement:

Please bring an item of clothing for your final embroidery, ideally, this should be denim.
