Pregnancy Relaxation Hour for Expectant Mums

Join Serenity Hypnobirthing teacher Lindy, for a blissful hour of relaxation for expectant Mums, held in the wonderfully calming yurt  at Outside Lives, Gwernymynydd.

A series of SIX weekly sessions, these will help you to:

• Reduce any anxieties & build confidence around birth
• Strengthen the connection with your baby
• Practice breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth
• Understand more about & gain support based on Hypnobirthing

It is fantastic to be back connecting ‘in person’ and  forging new friendships.  The sessions will help to empower you to take control of your birthing and bring about a calm, more comfortable and positive experience.

• This course is not a substitute for a full antenatal or hypnobirthing programme, however, it will provide you with insight into Hypnobirthing or as a complement to the full course 
• Due to capacity limitations within the yurt, it is not possible to bring partners to these sessions
