Are you currently unemployed and looking for something positive to help with your wellbeing, confidence and thinking about the future?
This Is Me is a friendly, creative 6-week group at Wrexham Wellbeing Hub.
You’ll be led by two warm, creative people and, while there’ll be plenty of chatting and laughter, this isn’t just a social group… and it definitely isn’t three hours of boring pen-and-paper exercises!
Over the six weeks, we’ll help you explore who you are, what you enjoy, what you’re good at, the things you’ve already achieved and what you might like for your future.
