This 8 week course has been designed for people who would like to develop a healthier lifestyle by identifying practical everyday actions and techniques which will help to improve your health and wellbeing. Participants need to be available for each session.

About the Event
Each week we will focus on a different aspect of wellbeing including; mindset, stress management, sleep, nutrition and physical activity.
We will use clear, research based information and practical handouts. Throughout the course you will build a comprehensive body of information to help create a personalised plan to meet your own circumstances and goals.
